The annual parking permit for fall 2026 through summer 2027 is now available for purchase.
Permit purchases are non-refundable.
Download and print the temporary permit copy at the end of the process to display on your dashboard until your receive your official permit.
Students: Before purchasing the parking permit, please review the following important information.
Brenham Campus Housing Students
Before purchasig your permit, confirm that your assigned hall/apt appears as your permit option. If you only see the commuter option, do not complete your purchase. Please try again the following day to allow time for the most updated housing information to appear.
Your parking permit will not be mailed. Check your Blinn email for pick up instructions.
RELLIS Campus Students
Blinn College students attending classes at the RELLIS Campus must purchase a parking permit through Texas A&M University Transportation Services. The link to purchase a RELLIS parking permit is available at www.blinn.edu/parking.
Please note:
- Blinn College parking permits are not valid on the RELLIS campus.
- Texas A&M parking permits are not valid on the Blinn campuses.
Brenham/Bryan Commuter Students
Brenham campus: Commuter permits will be mailed.
Bryan campus: Commuter permits purchased before August 15th will be mailed. Purchases made on or after August 15th will not be mailed. Check your Blinn email for pick up instructions.

To purchase a parking permit using your financial aid or a payment plan, select Student Account as your payment method. You must be registered for classes and have Financial Aid or a payment plan in place to use this option.
